Is there a minimum quantity that must be ordered?

IN STOCK products are pre-branded and can be ordered in quantities as low as one. ON DEMAND products are produced as needed and require minimum quantities that vary on an individual basis. The order minimum can be found in the description on each of the product pages.

Can I order more than what is showing in inventory on the webstore?

If you need a larger quantity than what is showing in stock, you can proceed to place your order. Please note your order may take 2-3 weeks to fulfill.

What if my order is urgent?

Please let us know if your order is urgent or is required for a specific date - we will do our best to accommodate it. Please contact us by emailing webstores@arrowmarketing.ca. Please include your Order # which is found on your Order Confirmation email.

Extra charges may apply to rush orders.

What are On Demand products?

ON DEMAND products are not in stock and are made-to-order. Minimum order quantities are required, and production lead-times are 2-3 weeks.

How long will it take to ship out my order?

If you have ordered IN STOCK products only, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours.

If your order contains ON DEMAND products, your order will be shipped once all products have been produced. Please expect 2-3 weeks for fulfillment.

What is the cost for delivery?

Orders over $100.00, qualify for FREE standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and is calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs for orders under $100.00, will be calculated at checkout. Standard and Express shipping services are available to choose from.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards.

Return Policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise (in unused, new condition) for a full credit, within 30 days from the date your order was delivered to you.

Please email your request to us at webstores@arrowmarketing.ca. Please let us know your original order# and the product(s) that you would like to return. We will reply with a Return Authorization number, and further instructions.

All returns for Gerdau merchandise are currently sent to Arrow Marketing, 15 McLaren Avenue, Cambridge Ontario N1R 8K9. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s). Please don’t ship the product back until you’ve received approval and your RA#. You can send it back via any courier method or we can send you a shipping waybill and the amount will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note: ON DEMAND items are not eligible for returns.
